Darren, a civil engineering graduate, has ten years onsite construction experience starting with Dean & Dyball in 1990 and includes a variety of high profile building and civil engineering projects throughout the UK.

He then joined a leading construction recruitment firm before running his own business and is now finding it preferable to be a part of a larger and better known organisation.
